Let’s be honest here... scooping frozen lemonade, made like ice cream, was hard work. Rock hard, heavy boxes, broken scoopers and plenty of blisters. Even though it tasted great and looked pretty in a cup, the dedicated scoopers really deserved hardship pay. So, why in the world are we returning to scooping?

For one thing, we have re-formulated our delicious dessert into a scoopable sorbet designed to scoop easily at ice cream cabinet temperatures.

For another, we have developed some really cool (24 degrees) flavors.

It also gives an alternative to restaurants and ice cream shops for dairy free, gluten free, cholesterol free yummy treats!

The same, tart, lemon juiced flavors that sets us apart from all others, is the basis for our Backyard Frozen Lemonade Sorbet. When you close you eyes you’ll swear that you are biting into a fresh squeezed lemon with all it’s tart, juicy flavor. You will even find little tiny pieces of slightly sweetened lemon zest folded into your scoop.

Capitalizing on the popularity of the lemonade and sweet tea combinations, we have taken our fresh brewed tea and swirled it with our lemonade to give you a completely different taste experience called... a Frozen Arnie. It looks like chocolate and vanilla ice cream swirled together, but gives you a taste like you have never experienced. The tartness of the lemon and the smoothness of the tea will excite your taste buds. Who says customers don’t have good ideas?

One of our first customers for our frozen sweet tea called and asked if we could make it as a frozen orange tea. And, of course we said yes. This lead to sourcing, from California, fresh pureed orange juice concentrate, carefully selected orange oils, and finally, our delicately sweetened orange zest, to be combined with our delicious sweet tea flavor. The truth is, we were pleasantly surprised as to how unique and different this flavor turned out. We believe you will be surprised and delighted as well.

If you like raspberries, Backyard Raspberry Sorbet is loaded with 60% raspberry puree and natural flavors. This dessert tastes like you sat down to eat a bowl of fresh raspberries, just picked and lightly sweetened.

Finally, to make another exciting flavor combination, we added pomegranate juice, along with all its beneficial qualities, to create Backyard Raspberry Pomegranate Sorbet. Again, we found that some flavors are just too good to be savored separately. After all, we are about making things that just taste good!
